Project description : split an office space to accommodate 2 tenants, carry out a technical upgrade of the surfaces as well as an upgrade of the sanitary facilities. Design point of view: rethink the entrance hall to create a warm, modern reception area.
Objective : the owner entrusted us with a technical task designed to split an office space originally occupied by a single tenant into 2 separate areas. We also upgraded all the sanitary facilities. Our design team imagined a warm, functional and modern new entrance hall, rethinking the spaces and lighting, and integrating a bespoke reception area. We also worked on all the signage to give the building an added dynamism.
