Project description
Project description: to create a modern and spacious restaurant in the Technopolis Gasperich complex from a former restaurant.
The objective: to modify the entire kitchen and the technique to allow 600 meals per day and facilitate circulation by creating direct access to the cafeteria and the entrance hall on the ground floor. The restaurant is composed of different volumes with different atmospheres in order to create dynamism in a warm, relaxing and friendly atmosphere.
