Renovation of a 60 m² Apartment – By Proworks Design & Build
Maximizing every square meter without ever compromising on comfort or aesthetics was the main challenge of this complete renovation project for a 60 m² apartment. The goal? To offer its occupants a living environment that is practical, welcoming, and elegant—perfectly suited to everyday life.
From the entrance, the space was reimagined to promote fluidity and a sense of openness. The living area, bright and inviting, combines the lounge, dining room, and a fully equipped open kitchen. Clever custom storage solutions were integrated to maintain a clean and organized atmosphere while maximizing the available space.
Optimization and Comfort
The choice of materials and colors helps create a soft, cozy atmosphere. Light wood, natural linen, textured fabrics, and shades of beige, terracotta, and off-white bring warmth and character while maintaining a bright, airy feel. Every element was carefully selected to combine aesthetics with durability.
The bedroom, a true intimate retreat, blends simplicity and elegance. It features built-in storage, soft lighting, and minimalist furniture that promote rest and tranquility. The bathroom, meanwhile, balances functionality and refinement with its clean lines, matte finishes, and walk-in shower.
