The project aimed to transform the atrium into a lively and welcoming space that encourages relaxation, dining, and event hosting, while creating a warm and inviting reception area.

With its impressive height, the atrium posed a significant architectural challenge. The goal was to create a cozy and dynamic environment where tenants can meet, work, or unwind in complete comfort.

Sustainable Approach

To reduce the sense of height in the atrium, we designed a perforated metal and wood structure combining functionality and aesthetics. This structure incorporates refrigerators, electrical outlets, catering spaces, storage, and plenty of seating. It also enhances comfort and well-being through its warm tones and integrated greenery.

A custom-built bench wraps around a central palm tree, providing a friendly and comfortable area to relax or work.

In line with sustainable principles, existing chairs and tables were reused. The reception was redesigned with the same mindset, offering a colorful, dynamic, youthful, and cozy environment.
