The main objective was to redesign the entrance hall of the Espace Monterey building to create a warm and functional space while expanding the building’s concierge services. At the same time, the outdoor areas were reimagined to provide a relaxing and inviting environment suitable for lunches and events.
Inside, the volumes were reorganized to highlight the concierge area and allow for its expansion, including a display cabinet for showcasing items, integrated storage, and sufficient space to manage tenants’ laundry services.
The design features curved forms that bring elegance, warmth, and modernity to the space. The waiting furniture and living wall enhance the feeling of comfort and welcome.
The adjacent garden was outfitted with picnic furniture and power outlets, creating a space ideal for lunch breaks, informal meetings, and events.
Access to the garden was improved by adding plants and corten steel planters filled with aromatic herbs that tenants can freely pick.
