The owner of the Laval 15 building entrusted Proworks with the reconfiguration of an office floor originally designed for a single tenant. The goal was to divide the space into two independent units ready to accommodate new occupants, while upgrading the overall infrastructure.

The scope of work included significant technical interventions: the creation of two separate office units, a full upgrade of building systems, and the complete renovation of all sanitary facilities.
On the design side, our team fully reimagined the entrance hall to create a welcoming, modern, and functional reception area. The layout focused on reworking volumes, enhancing natural light, and incorporating custom-designed reception furniture. We also developed a new signage system to bring clarity and energy to the overall space.
