As part of the renovation of the Technopolis Gasperich complex, Proworks carried out the complete transformation of a former restaurant into a modern, spacious, and welcoming dining space. The goal was to design a functional environment capable of handling high daily traffic while maintaining a warm and friendly atmosphere.
A layout designed for efficiency and ambiance
The kitchen and technical systems were entirely reconfigured to accommodate up to 600 meals per day. Circulation within the space was optimized by creating a direct connection to the cafeteria and the main entrance hall on the ground floor.
The restaurant is organized into several distinct volumes, each offering a unique ambiance. This variety brings dynamism to the space while fostering a relaxed, warm, and convivial atmosphere.
