When Maples Group approached us to design its new offices, the mission was clear: create a space that would accommodate both a law firm and a fiduciary services company—two distinct operations united under one group identity.
From the outset, we made the decision to respect this duality. Each entity was given its own dedicated and separated work areas, ensuring privacy and operational independence. But at the heart of the concept was something more: the desire to create shared spaces—places where people could connect, pause, and interact naturally.
ATMOSPHERE & ELEGANCE
A communal kitchen, a welcoming lounge, and a suite of meeting rooms on the ground floor were conceived as key gathering points, encouraging both collaboration and informal exchange.
The design draws from the organic world. Gentle curves, natural materials, and controlled lighting all work together to create a space that is elegant, uplifting, and conducive to both focus and comfort.
A project where functionality meets emotion—shaping a work environment that reflects the Maples Group’s values: professional, human, and confidently contemporary.
